Description

The Imperial Yeomanry was a British Army volunteer cavalry regiment. Officially formed on the 24th December 1899, spending most of it’s service time in South Africa during the Boer War. The regiment was mainly made up of middle or upper class English volunteers. In February 1900 a further 120 men were recruited from Ireland.

All brass, lug fitting.
